About Stacy

Hi, I’m Stacy the founder of Stacy’s School of Swimming.   I have started my career as a teenager helping at the swimming club for who I competed. I then qualified as an instructor in 1998. I have taught continually since qualifying and gained experience teaching in the UK and Australia before setting up the swim school in 2009.  

What started out as just me teaching a couple of afternoons at a cold pool in Minster has turned into a large private swim school providing lessons to hundreds of swimmers each week. I am so proud of what the swim school has achieved, you will still find me on poolside teaching, lifeguarding and catching up with swimmers and parents.

I have a great team of dedicated instructors that work alongside me. I am positive that we have lessons to suit everyone, from those at the start of their swimming journey to those experienced swimmers.
